Loparata Ltd ("Company," "we," "us") provides botanical tourism, garden tours, floral event planning, and eco-tourism packages within the United Kingdom. By booking our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit of 30% is required to secure seasonal botanical tours. Full payment must be settled at least 14 days prior to the commencement of the service.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour date are eligible for a full refund minus administrative fees. Cancellations within 7 days of the floral event or tour are non-refundable due to the perishable nature of botanical materials and pre-booked venue access.
Clients are expected to respect the private properties and gardens visited. Any damage to rare flora or botanical specimens caused by negligence may result in additional charges.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Our registered office is located at 21-23 Old Brompton Rd, London SW7 3HZ.
